PAVAN SANGRIA CHALLENGE Sara Semprini of Semprini Creative created and executed the Pavan Sangria Challenge, a national bartender competition where bartenders were asked if they could go anywhere in the world, where would that be? They were challenged to create a sangria recipe with Pavan Liqueur indicative to that destination using local ingredients.
The five semi-finalists presented their sangria recipes to the press and top trade influencers at the Bowery Hotel in New York City. The winner of the competition was gifted their dream trip!
